Here it is...weeks 3 and 4 of my December Fitness Challenge!
As you can see, the business of the holiday season caught up with me and I didn't quite get my 30 minutes every day. But I tried to make up for it by doing longer workouts on the other days. All in all, I'm happy with what I was able to do during such a busy month.
